Start with the badge, because it's the first thing on the panel and it's the thing I checked first. The yearly toggle on Premium says Yearly (77% OFF). Premium yearly bills $109.99 for the year, which is $9.1658 a month, displayed as $9.17. Against the struck-through $39.99 beside it, that's 77.08% off. Badged 77%. Ultimate yearly bills $319.99, or $26.6658 a month, displayed as $26.67, and against its struck-through $79.99 that's 66.66% off. Badged 67%. Neither claim is inflated. Both round correctly. I did all of it by hand off the screenshots.

Now look at what those percentages are percentages of. Premium's monthly card charges $19.99 and crosses out $39.99, which is a penny over exactly double it. Ultimate's monthly card charges $39.99 and crosses out $79.99, again a penny over exactly double. Neither struck-through figure is charged to anybody, on any cycle, anywhere on that panel. So the maths is real and the baseline is manufactured at twice the real rate.

Measured against what a monthly buyer actually pays, Premium is twelve months at $19.99, so $239.88, against $109.99 for the year. That's a saving of $129.89, or 54.15%. Ultimate is $479.88 against $319.99, a saving of $159.89, or 33.32%. And 54% off is a genuinely good annual discount. I'd take it. It just isn't 77%, and the number doing the persuading is one no customer has ever been billed.

Two other things a returning reader needs before anything else. The cheap tiers are gone (the cheapest paid way in used to be $5.99 a month and it's now $19.99), and the BEST VALUE badge sits on the tier that's worse value per Moment on both billing cycles. The currency is Moments. Messaging is unlimited on both paid tiers, so Moments exist purely for media: every image and every video clip draws from your monthly balance. Premium ($19.99 a month or $9.17 on the year) gives 8,000 Moments a month. Ultimate ($39.99 or $26.67) gives 15,000 plus group chats, Personas and advanced customization. There's a free plan with 20 messages a day and no Moments at all.

You must be over 18 and of the age of majority where you live. The Terms also restrict the service to a limited territory that excludes places where the content is illegal or subject to age verification measures, which is a carve-out doing real work now that several jurisdictions have brought in age checks. The company is Secret Labs Inc., described in its own Terms as registered in both Canada and the United States, with a mailing address in Dover, Delaware. Governing law is British Columbia.

That's a real features case. It's just not a value case, and BEST VALUE is what the badge says.

One bit of credit while I'm in the arithmetic. Each card has a "Go Ultimate" switch quoting the step up, and both quotes are exact to the cent: +$20.00/mo monthly ($39.99 less $19.99) and +$17.50/mo yearly ($26.6658 less $9.1658). Someone did the sums properly there.

So the "S LABS INC." you'd see on a card statement is the company itself and not some unrelated shell descriptor, and it's disclosed on the price card before you pay. Credit where it's due. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy were all last updated 10 April 2026, so the paperwork is current and was revised as one set. Governing law is British Columbia, Canada, with the arbitration seat in Vancouver, either in person or by secure online video conference.

The good half of the paperwork, and it's genuinely rare. Get your files out before you ever cancel, and don't plan on doing anything with them that the licence doesn't allow.
