I'll start with the part that surprised me, because it's earned. I had three screenshots of the live plan panel taken from a logged-in account, one per billing cycle, and I sat down with a calculator expecting the usual mess. Nothing was off. Not one figure.

All six billed totals are exact. 11.95 times three is 35.85. 23.95 times three is 71.85. 39.95 times three is 119.85. 7.45 times twelve is 89.40. 14.95 times twelve is 179.40. 24.95 times twelve is 299.40. All nine savings claims are exact too, and here's the bit that matters more, they're measured against the real monthly price rather than a made-up one. Three months of Premium at 14.95 is 44.85 against a quarterly 35.85, so the $9.00 on the badge is real, a true 20.07% against a claimed 20%. Deluxe saves 18.00 (20.03%), Ultra saves 30.00 (20.02%). On the year, Premium saves 90.00 (50.17%), Deluxe 180.00 (50.08%), Ultra 300.00 (50.05%). Every dollar figure matches to the cent.

Then the catch, which the panel never mentions and the Terms spell out. Those allowances are Monthly Credits, and the Terms say purchased Credits "remain valid until used, while Monthly Credits reset each month and do not roll over to the next month". So 8,000, 18,000 and 36,000 all expire monthly. The Terms also say "the User is not entitled to a refund of Credits or Monthly Credits". Put those together and Ultra's 36,000 a month is thousands of images you have to actually generate or lose, so the top tier only works for genuinely heavy use. Buying it for headroom means paying every month for credits that evaporate.

It runs in dollars, and you must be over 18 to use it.

I should be clear about what I did and didn't do here: I read three screenshots of the live plan panel, I opened the published Terms and privacy policy, I searched them for words that turn out to be missing, and I did the arithmetic. I have not used the app, so nothing below is a performance verdict.

The strongest of the four accounts reproduces every figure on those panels, all nine prices, all six billed totals and all three credit allowances. A second one independently matches the three yearly prices and the 18K memory. That agreement is why I can be confident here.

The quarterly discount is a real 20.07%, 20.03% and 20.02% against a claimed 20%. The annual is a real 50.17%, 50.08% and 50.05% against a claimed 50%. So yes, the 50% off is genuine, and it's calculated off the actual monthly price rather than off an inflated reference figure, because there isn't one. No struck-through prices at all.

Best Value on Ultra checks out. Per credit it works out at 0.0013875 monthly, 0.00110972 quarterly and 0.00069306 yearly, against Premium's 0.00186875, 0.00149375 and 0.00093125. Ultra is 1.35 times better per credit than Premium and 1.20 times better than Deluxe on every cycle.

And the one that should change your choice: Deluxe on the year is $14.95 a month, identical to Premium's monthly price. Same money out of your account, 2.25 times the credits, double the memory. If you were about to pay Premium monthly, pay Deluxe annually instead. Just remember the credits reset every month and none of it is refundable, so pick the tier you'll actually burn through.

The company is named in the first line of the Terms with a full street address: Always is Now Inc., 732 South 6th Street, Suite N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, USA. Terms last updated 14 June 2026. That's more than a lot of operators offer.

Nevada law governs, and disputes go to the court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, where the company is registered. There's binding arbitration, held in Clark County and conducted in English, so this isn't one of the brands with no arbitration clause at all. Here's the unusual part though: I searched roughly 17,600 characters of Terms and the phrase "class action" appears zero times. So arbitration without a class waiver, which is a combination I almost never see, since most of this catalogue pairs the two.

Renewal is documented better than most: "Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically at the disclosed price and billing interval until cancelled by the User." Those four words, at the disclosed price, do real work, because they foreclose a silent price bump at renewal. Another brand in this catalogue doesn't have the word renew anywhere in its terms. Cancelling is described on a Payment Processing Compliance page, works at any time, stops future renewals and leaves your access running to the end of the current period.

The refund, both halves in one breath. The Terms say a User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that no Credits have been used, with the period beginning on the day of purchase. Your conversations remain private." Also "We do not sell your personal information to third parties", and self-service deletion, "You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the profile page", which beats emailing support and waiting. On security the policy describes encryption of sensitive information, secure servers, regular audits, staff access controls, HTTPS for all data transfers and conversations stored encrypted.

Then the gaps. The policy was last updated 19 March 2025, roughly fifteen months before the Terms were revised, so the two documents aren't on the same footing. The letters GDPR appear zero times: no controller named, no legal bases, no supervisory authority, no international transfer language. And the words retention and retain appear zero times, so there's no period stated for anything, not conversations, not account data, not billing records. That's the notable hole for European buyers, and it sits oddly next to the no-training line, which is the strongest thing in the file. One more correction while I'm here: the platform gets credited in circulation with end-to-end encryption and GDPR compliance. Ultra on the year only if you'll really burn 36,000 credits a month, because Monthly Credits reset and don't roll over and nothing is refundable, so unused headroom is money you set fire to. And two corrections to carry with you: HD is on every tier, and there is no tier called Elite.
