Fine. Except $137 is a strange number. Twelve months at the crossed out $33.99 comes to $407.88, so the saving there would be $144.00 and the badge would be shortchanging itself by seven dollars. Twelve months at the discounted $26.99 comes to $323.88, so the saving would be $60.00 and the badge would be overstating by seventy seven.

There's exactly one baseline that lands on it. One month at $26.99 plus eleven months at $33.99 is $400.88. Take off the $263.88 annual price and you get $137.00. To the cent. Which means the panel's own savings figure is the arithmetic proof of four words sitting in the footnote at the bottom of the same page: "Applies to First Month Only". I read the Terms looking for the usual clause and it isn't there. No arbitration clause. No class action waiver. Zero occurrences of either.
