Candy Shorts Review: I Tried Candy AI's New Video Series and I Can't Stop Watching

What Is Candy Shorts?

Until now, Candy AI meant chat, images and voice messages with your AI girlfriend. Candy Shorts adds real video: short series shot in vertical format, made to be watched on your phone like a reel, but with a storyline that carries over from one episode to the next.

Let me say it straight away: this new Candy AI feature is absolutely insane, I'm at serious risk of getting hooked. I opened a series "just to see what it was like" and finished the whole season without noticing.

The Characters: Candy Creators, Candy Characters and Other Characters

At the top of the library, three tabs split the series by who stars in them:

Candy Creators: series starring the platform's official creators, real faces who lent their image to Candy.
Candy Characters: the girls you already know from Candy AI chat, starring in a video story for the first time.
Other Characters: new characters created specifically for the series, from a dragon queen to a bounty hunter.

Below the tabs sits a row of genre filters: New, Spicy (just introduced and marked with a flame), Milf, Wife, Taboo, Fantasy, Teacher, Maid and more. Two taps and you're in the genre you want, no endless scrolling.

Series and Episodes: How It Works

Every series has its own page with the vertical player, a short synopsis and the episode list. The series I opened have 5 episodes each, and the New Episodes badge on the covers flags the ones that were just updated.

The mechanism is simple: the first episodes are free and pull you into the story; the following ones unlock with Premium (you'll spot them by the padlock). The Continue watching section remembers where you stopped, so you pick up at the exact second.

The player has everything you need: progress bar, playback speed, subtitles, audio and full screen.

The Series That Won Me Over

She Was Sent to Kill Me cover — **She Was Sent to Kill Me**: Delilah Kane is the hunter sent to finish Eli. By the time the order comes to kill him, he has already given up his chance to escape to save her. Action and tension, with chemistry you can feel.

Claimed by the Dragon Queen cover — **Claimed by the Dragon Queen**: Ethan, a prisoner, becomes Queen Veyra's newest plaything. Except the man she meant to break starts rewriting the rules of her court. Pure fantasy.

A Woman's World - The Last Man On Earth cover — **A Woman's World – The Last Man On Earth**: the last man on Earth discovers a hidden enclave of women ruled by a queen who sees him as a prize to be shared.

My First Night Shift cover — **My First Night Shift**: a new night manager at an elegant old hotel, the only man on shift. Every room-service door opens onto a different encounter.

Every Wife on Candy Lane cover — **Every Wife on Candy Lane**: when the husbands leave for work, the plumber starts his real round. Every house, a different woman.

The Maid My Wife Hired cover — **The Maid My Wife Hired**: his wife hires a new maid and leaves for work. From nine to eight, it's just the two of them in the house.

The video quality surprised me: careful framing, set-quality lighting, believable actors. It doesn't feel like the usual throwaway AI content. Every dollar I've loaded onto Candy AI has been money well spent: I'm watching videos that are simply surreal.

My Verdict

Candy Shorts is the best thing Candy AI has launched so far. It moves from chat to real episodic stories, with the platform's characters and official creators, sorted by genre and constantly updated.
